In addition to our candidate program, our Business Referral Program encourages eligible individuals to submit business opportunities with existing and/or new clients. If that opportunity becomes an open assignment, and a consultant is successfully placed, you become eligible for a bonus.
The bonus depends on several factors and is determined by Interrival Technology Service Management. If not hired within 6 months, it is void.
The successful candidate must be employed by Interrival Technology Service/our Client for a period of 90 workdays to be eligible for the bonus.
Eligible for the bonus only when the referred candidate is strictly new to us and cannot be found in our database of current/previous applicants.
Calculated based on the profit margin of the opportunity. Applies strictly to the 1 referred placement opportunity, not future business.
The referrer will be paid 90 calendar days after the consultant’s start date. The bonus will not be pro-rated or delivered earlier.
Eligible only when the referred client is new to Interrival Technology Service and no existing business is taking place with them.
Note: Management retains the right to approve or decline any referrals, as well as determine the detailed bonus payout. All referral payments are subject to applicable federal and state tax withholdings.
