Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding.
  • Handling Employee Engagement & HR Operations.
  • Supporting Talent Management & HR Processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
  • Handle onboarding, employee engagement & HR operations.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a significant advantage.
Skill & Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and modern recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.
