We believe in turning possibilities into success stories. We’re searching for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can take ownership, drive customer acquisition, and create meaningful relationships in the B2C and B2B space.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B and B2C stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or pipeline management.
Skill & Experience
  • 1–3 years of proven B2C and B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
